WHY REVIVAL Life Tours
Revival Life Tours was established in honour of Shante Jacobs, the daughter to Riaan and Liezel Siebritz, who had passed on during the COVID pandemic. She was a qualified tour guide in Cape Town and she dealt with various clients from all over the world, always giving them the best service.
During the pandemic, the tourism industry closed down, but Shante was still a member of the SANDF and they called her up to military service. This is when she contracted the virus and she died at the Military hospital in Wynberg. Four months after she passed, her daughter Zoe, aged 2, drowned in a pool and passed on.
Extraordinary Experiences
Both of them were laid to rest next to each other. That in itself was a miracle because during COVID, there were so many funerals and the space around Shante’s grave was occupied however, next to her grave was a small space left open where Zoe could be laid to rest.
“We have decided to commemorate them by starting this company called Revival Tourism, as God has revived us despite the tragedies that we faced. Shante and Zoe were both full of life and loved exploring the outdoors and that is what we pride ourselves in, embarking on new adventures and making great memories that will last a lifetime.”

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tour operator industry, Riaan is a certified advanced tour operator and has guided high-end tours across the Winelands and Western Cape region. His deep understanding of customer service and operational efficiency ensures that every Cape Adventure Tour runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Liezel Siebritz| Co CEO of Revival Life Tours
Liezel has travelled to many places around the world. In Europe, she has been to Holland, Germany and Paris. In America, she has been to Miami, Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. She has also visited Seychelles. With this rich knowledge of travelling and the planning that goes into guaranteeing a safe and memorable journey, she ensures that every person using Revival Tourism for their travel experiences, will have an unforgettable time in this beautiful city and country. Liezel has previously worked as an assistant manager in retail, an accounting clerk at the Deeds office and currently runs several successful businesses.
